From the initial project meeting to the immersive design process and detailed pre-construction phase, we work through all the intimate details of your project to create a clear and concise scope before work even begins. This allows us to provide you with accurate project pricing and drastically reduces the risk of human error during construction, saving time and money. INITIAL CONSULTATION
Looking to begin a remodeling project? We make it easy to get started. Simply give us a call or send us an email to begin the process. During our initial conversation, we will listen to your vision for the project, understand your budget and timeline, and evaluate the best solution for you. We will then schedule an in-person consultation at the project site to discuss details including budget, design requirements, and your vision for the final product. Most of our clients choose to use our in-house design services, but we are happy to work with your own designer and review any existing plans you may have.

DESIGN & PRE CONSTRUCTION
After the initial consultation and approval of our design contract, we move to the design phase. This includes three phases: Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. In Schematic Design, we work through the overall concept and form of your project. During Design Development, we add in the finer design elements such as cabinetry details, trim styles, and finishing materials. We also create a detailed project cost during this phase, which is presented at the pre-construction meeting. The final step, Construction Documents, involves creating the build plans that will be used for construction and submitted with the project's permit.

BUDGET OVERVIEW & CONTRACT REVIEW
During the budget overview and contract review phase, our team will review all project documents and costs with you to ensure that everything is clear and transparent. This includes the proposal, contract, construction documents, and material/fixture selections. We want to make sure that you have a full understanding of the scope of work and the costs involved before moving forward with the project. Our goal is to provide a smooth and stress-free process for our clients, and this step is an important part of that effort.

CONSTRUCTION
Ready to see your remodeling project come to life? In this final phase, Elevation will bring your homes vision to reality with the highest level of detail, communication, and cleanliness. Our goal is to provide a worry-free and exciting experience for our clients. And when the project is completed, you can have peace of mind knowing that you received the best quality product backed by our 1-year warranty.
